To develop and evaluate a plasma reaction chamber prototype, with an optimized power supply and jet reactor, for fresh food sanitation.
To demonstrate sanitation of up to two servings of fresh food in minutes with minimal effect on taste and texture.
To develop operational procedures to ensure safe use of the NTSAPP.
To evaluate the impact of the hardware on ISS resources.
