Aims:
1 - Determine effect of storage/radiation on functionality, acceptability, and nutrition of ingredients to be used in food processing/preparation.
2 - Coordinate with "Surface Crop Expansion" food formulations to ensure food processing/preparation is planned with functional available resources. 
3 - Determine required variety and complementation of bioregenerative, pick and eat, and prepackaged food system to support crew nutrition and psychosocial health.
