Aims:
Objective 1: Isolate progeny (clones) of irradiated single cells and analyze for the presence of transmissible chromosome aberrations
Objective 2: Next generation sequencing approaches will be employed to characterize, at the DNA level, the nature of breakpoint junctions of the chromosome translocations and inversions identified in Objective 1.
Objective 3: Examine cytogenetic Effects of Abrogating CtIP activity.
