Aims:
The purpose of the project is to: a) develop a comprehensive understanding of team task switching as an adaptive and vital process in LDSE; and b) provide evidence-based recommendations for countermeasures, team-based interventions, and other psychological and psychosocial factors and measures that can be used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of task switching in LDSE.

Additionally, this research team will collaborate and work together with the corresponding research team (Dr. Jeffery LePine) for the other Team Task Switching project (Understanding and Preventing Crew Member Task Entrainment) for the ISS portion of their tasks.
