Aims:
Work will task place with a sample of Department of Defense personnel engaged in training for operational missions. Aims:
1. Create validated model of Expeditionary Skills with data from teams in the DoD (e.g., Army War College).
2. Create questionnaire of Expeditionary Skills to be used in observations and self-report by expeditionary teams.
3. Inform Standards for training Expeditionary Skills.
