Exploring the Roadmap:
Go to the Explore Page to view the Risk, Gaps, and Tasks at a high level.

Click on the Expand symbol next to the Risk to expand the Risk and view all the Gaps.

Click on the Expand symbol next to the Gap to expand the Gap and view all the Tasks.

The entries have a symbol assigned to them to help illustrate whether it is a Risk, Gap, or Task. The purpose of these symbols is to help orient the reader where in the hierarchy the entry belongs. The legend is as follows:

Searching the Roadmap:
Go to the Search Page to search for items in the Roadmap. You can limit your search to Risks, Gaps, or Tasks by selecting the respective "Type" from the drop-down list.

Search results are first displayed in order of keyword matching rank. If the rank is equal, like items will be displayed in alphabetical order. If the rank is equal and the items are not alike, they are displayed in order of Risk, then Gap, then Task.

Item Level Navigation

Risk
  • To the left of the title, you'll see a map icon ( map ). Hover over this icon to display and navigate to the Gaps and Tasks assigned to the Risk. Here, the Gaps and Tasks are listed by their short titles.
  • On the upper right, click Next or Previous buttons to navigate through Risks alphabetically. Underneath those buttons, click Print View to select sections you'd like to include in a printer friendly view. Underneath Print View, click on PRR to show Path to Risk Reduction information.
  • When available, links to the Evidence Report and a Point of Contact are listed under the Risk title.
  • Expand the Risk sections such as "Context" or "Mitigation Strategy" by clicking on the plus sign (  ).
  • From the Risk, you can drill down to Gaps and then to Tasks by expanding the respective sections by clicking on the plus sign ( Expand ). At each level you can go directly to the Gap or Task by clicking on its title. This will provide additional information such as other relationships and additional links.
  • The last section is Related Risks. It will list other Risks that are related to the current Risk by at least one Gap or Task.
Gap
  • To the left of the title, you'll see a map icon ( map ). Hover over this icon to display and navigate to the Risks and Tasks associated with the Gap. Here, the Risks and Tasks are displayed by their short titles.
  • On the upper right, click Next or Previous buttons to navigate through Gaps alphabetically. Underneath those buttons, click Print View to select sections you'd like to include in a printer friendly view. Underneath Print View, click on PRR to show Path to Risk Reduction information. 
  • From the Gap, you can view all assigned Tasks and Risks that contain the Gap under the Mappings section. Expand Tasks by clicking on the plus sign ( Expand ). You can go directly to the Task or Risk by clicking on its title. This will provide additional information such as other relationships and additional links.
  • The last section is Related Gaps. It will list other Gaps that are related to the current Gap by at least one Risk or Task.
Task
  • To the left of the title, you'll see a map icon ( map ). Hover over this icon to display and navigate to the Gaps and Risks that contain the Task. Here, the Gaps and Risks are displayed by their short titles.
  • On the upper right, click Next or Previous buttons to navigate through Tasks alphabetically. Underneath those buttons, click Print View to select sections you'd like to include in a printer friendly view. Underneath Print View, click on Charts to show related Path to Risk Reduction information.
  • When available, a link to the Task's entry in the Task Book will be below the Task Title.
  • Under Mappings, you can view all Risks and Gaps that contain the current Task. You can navigate directly to the Risk or Gap by clicking on its title. This will provide additional information such as other relationships and additional links.
  • The last section is Related Tasks. It will list other Tasks that are related to the current Task by at least one Risk or Gap.
