- To determine the operationally-relevant clinical analytes for exploration missions
- To develop Exploration Laboratory Analysis (ELA) platform(s) capable of measuring these analytes
- To develop assays for these analytes
- To demonstrate the ELA system in a ground environment (HERA or other ground analog)
- To demonstrate the ELA system in a flight environment (ISS)
- To demonstrate extended shelf-life and stability of reagents via accelerated aging studies
