Aims:
Specific Aim 1: To evaluate the effect of quadriceps electrical muscle stimulation on sensorimotor function after 60 days of prolonged bed rest with recovery as compared to sham stimulation.

Specific Aim 2: To evaluate the effect of a daily dose of 500mg resveratrol on sensorimotor function after 60 days of prolonged bed rest and with recovery as compared to placebo.

Specific Aim 3: To evaluate the combined effect of resveratrol and EMS in combination on sensorimotor function after 60 days of prolonged bed rest and recovery alone.
