Aims:
The objective of this study is to evaluate the impacts of shifts in interpersonal relationships within teams over time in long duration isolation and confinement. The study should determine patterns of team functioning and performance impacts resulting from development, maintenance, and breakdown of different types of interpersonal relationships within a team along with key contributors of resilience to shifts in these team dynamics. This project should provide recommendations for countermeasures, team-based interventions, training on adapting to changing team dynamics, team composition, and related measures/metrics that can be used to monitor and and support team performance during periods of shifts in team dynamics as a result of changes in interpersonal relationships.
