Aims:

[A] Determine the in-flight status of immune dysregulation (innate + adaptive) in conjunction with relevant parameters from other disciplines (nutrition, radiation, virology, host-pathogen, stress, etc.).

[B] Determine the post-flight time course to full recover for dysregulated parameters.

[C] Derive a final refined monitoring strategy encompassing innate immunity, adaptive immunity and relevant parameters from other disciplines which will be appropriate to validate countermeasures.


Integration/Unique Aspects: TBD,  functional immune is a hybrid study that incorporates a directed portion with solicited portions.
