Directed
Aims:
Work will task place with a sample of Department of Defense personnel engaged in training for operational missions. NASA will collaborate with DoD study collaborators to translate the Expeditionary Skills model for the DoD context, and create a questionnaire to allow self-report and observations of relevant behaviors while in training exercises and/or conducting ops. 2. Create questionnaire of Expeditionary Skills to be used in observations and self-report by expeditionary teams.
3. Inform Standards for training Expeditionary Skills.
