Aims:

Aim 1: leverage prior work (e.g., Bell, Brown, Abben, & Outland, 2015) to identify how trigger events may disrupt interpersonal relationships and corresponding markers of factors fostering social resilience (Cacioppo, Reis, Zautra, 2011)

Aim 2: develop, test, and validate individual and team-level countermeasures to promote social resilience and mitigate adverse effects resulting from such disruptions

Documentation of factors associated with the development and breakdown of social resilience at the dyad and team levels across a range of interpersonal relationships, as well as characterization of the risk posed to team functioning and performance

Implementation and evaluation of a set of countermeasures with respect to their effectiveness, acceptability, and feasibility for use
